What leaves your browser

All calculations run in your browser using JavaScript. The values you type — dates, amounts, names — are processed on your device and are not sent to YouCanCalc. If you choose Share, the result text, image and calculator link you select are handed to your browser or operating system and, when you choose a third-party app or network, to that service under its own privacy terms.

The currency converter fetches public reference exchange rates from key-less third-party endpoints (ExchangeRate-API, Frankfurter and currency-api mirrors). That request contains no calculator input or personal data — only the base currency table needed. Your preferences (theme, language) are saved in your browser's local storage and are not synced anywhere. The AI API Cost Calculator downloads LiteLLM’s public model price list from jsDelivr (or GitHub as a fallback); that request contains nothing you type, and the filtered list is kept in your browser’s local storage for a few hours.

Analytics

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregate traffic and performance. The analytics beacon does not receive calculator inputs, and YouCanCalc does not use advertising networks or fingerprinting. Standard server/CDN logs may also record request metadata for security and reliability.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the update will be published on this page with a new effective date.
